URSPIRIT, Inc., [under the leadership of our CEO, Crystal BlackCreek Carlisle (Onyinyechi-Chipo)], has, for years, provided crisis support, resource connection, & referral services in the areas of: health & wellness, homelessness prevention & housing placement, and legal, & financial assistance, as well as, spiritual counseling & energy healing support to jazz artists & the larger community. We have worked to expand jazz: (education, promotion, innovation, & artistry). We have utilized art and culture of Africa & the Diaspora as tools for racial & social justice and cultural & creative equity. possible.

Our Vision is to bring Peace & Healing to the World via: Cultural, Spiritual Healing (Energy & Messages) for the Community & the World to uplift, inspire, educate, liberate, & heal via Ancestral, Cultural, Spiritual Healing Energy & Teachings in all we do for Community Healing, Enrichment, Upliftment, Inspiration, Racial & Social Justice and Cultural & creative Equity. We do this work by Teaching, Inspiring, Holding the healing presence & sacred healing space via: Books, CDs, DVDs, Concerts, Tours, Festivals, Classes, Trainings, Workshops, Lectures, Inspirational Speaking, Spiritual Life Coaching & Creative Coaching, Consulting, & Spiritual Energy Healing Sessions, Blogs, Workshops, Videos, Healing Events, Visualization/Meditation Downloads. Venues we use are: nightclubs, galleries, coffeehouses, recreation centers, convention centers, libraries, churches, classrooms, ocean, parks, etc., all in order to achieve Community Healing and Community Building.
